Psychologist, Therapist, Counsellor...

Helping Heal Humans One Hour at a Time

I graduated from the Masters program at the University of Alberta in 2008 and completed my training in private practice in Edmonton, AB as a Registered Psychologist in 2011. I have worked with teens, couples and individuals, using all sorts of approaches: CBT, emotion-focused, solution focused, etc., but found I was drawn to the experiental and somatic approaches. I started tailoring my own "post-grad" degree and immediately began additional trainings after graduating. I am a lifelong learner and am committed to a constant gathering of knowledge for my own growth and to aid the growth of others. I continue to do trainings and study approaches that focus on healing developmental and shock trauma (i.e. childhood vs. specific events), current research in neurobiology, memory and learning and how this is impacted in trauma, and ways to continue expansion and growth during the human experience. I am incredibly grateful for my work and to have had the privilege of working with those who have bravely headed into vulnerability with me.
